Service Description
Our birthday parties are available on Saturday afternoons from 3.30-5pm. This includes one hour with our coaches to learn horsemanship which covers how to approach, brush horses safely, and tacking ), followed by playing pony games and untacking. Younger children aged 5-7 will need one parent with them during activities and parents will lead the ride (flat and easy) as riders are usually beginners. Children all love it and it is a great horse experience all guided by our great coaches. The pony portion of the party is one hour and after that you are welcome to stay to continue your celebration till 5pm. We have excellent facilities for your celebration with a club house available for your use at no extra cost. Our facilities include a veranda with table and chairs and 2 toilets and a fridge. At GCEC, we are committed to safety; and just like our lessons, our ponies are exceptionally well trained and our coaches and assistants are there to ensure that everyone has the best birthday party ever ! PRICING : Cake, drinks, decorations and cleaning are not included. Starting price is $520 for up to 8 child riders (from 5 to 1 7 years old). If you have more riders, an extra fee of $65 per child applies up to a maximum of 12 riders. Full payment required to confirm your booking. You can add guests up to 1 week prior to the event. We will need to know numbers, names, age, weight in kgs, and height in cms one week prior. Please wear enclosed shoes ( parents and riders ). Please note our NO RESCHEDULE and NO REFUND Policy. Cancellation Policy
Please note we do have a no refund and no cancellation policy for all group lessons and trial rides. For private lessons we will allow reschedules if a minimum of 24 hours notice is provided. Please text us on 0499 099 901 up to 24 hours prior if you need to reschedule a private lessons. Reschedules within 24 hours of your lesson time are not permitted. Thanks for your understanding
