Birthday Party

Service Description

Our birthday parties are available on Saturday mornings at 11 AM for one hour. This includes horsemanship ( learning how to approach, brush horses safely ) and riding. All children need one parent with them during activities and parents will lead the ride as riders are usually beginners. Children all love it and it is a great horse experience all guided by our great coach. You will have access to veranda with tables and chairs, a fridge etc from 12.00 to 1.00 PM at no extra cost but please leave it clean and take your bins with you. Children 3 to 17yo, the organisation will depend on children's ages. We have excellent facilities for your celebrations with a club house available for your use for one hour after your ride, at no extra cost. Our facilities include a veranda with 2 larges tables & chairs, 2 toilets. Other outside tables & chairs if needed (facilities to be left clean). ​ At GCEC, we are committed to safety; and just like our lessons, our ponies are exceptionally well trained and our coaches and assistants are there to ensure that everyone has the best birthday party ever ! PRICING : ​ Cake, drinks, decorations and cleaning are not included. ​ Starting price is $520, based on 8 children or less. If you have more riders ( max will be 12 ), an extra fee of $65 per child applies. ​ Full payment required to confirm your booking. You can add guests up to 1 week prior to the event. We will need to know numbers, names, age, weight in kgs, and height in cms one week prior. We need the help of one adult per pony to lead along the ride ( all flat and easy ), as the riders are usually all beginners. Please wear enclosed shoes ( parents and riders ) We have a horse riding boutique onsite, with great things for all ages, including gift ideas. Please note our NO RESCHEDULE and NO REFUND Policy. Cancellation Policy

Please note we do have a no refund and no cancellation policy. If you or your riders are ill and you can provide a medical certificate, we can reschedule. ( We organise our lessons schedule 7 days in advance to integrate number of hours our horses and coaches do, we also have limited arenas etc ). Thanks for your understanding
